Walsh Insurance is dedicated to providing timely responses to all certificate requests.  To ensure your request is in the cue, email and you can expect a response within 24 hours.  Please ensure to include the name of the client for whom you are requesting a certificate on the subject line of your email.

Walsh Insurance makes filing a claim easy.  If you are a current client and you need to file a claim, simply contact our office with the details of the claim and we will immediately begin the claim filing process on your behalf.  As your agent, we will advocate on your behalf and act as your liaison with the insurance adjuster, allowing you to focus on the important things and taking the burden of working with the insurance company off of your shoulders.  We can be reached at (314) 942-8471 or by email to  If this is an after hours claim, contact your insurance provider directly and within 24 hours of the loss occurring via the instructions listed in your policy, and then contact us first thing the next business day so we may begin the process of handling the claim for you.
